Installation

pip install aoquality

Requires Python ≥ 3.8. This installs the aostats command-line tool and the aoquality Python package.

Reading statistics from a Measurement Set relies on python-casacore, installed automatically. The find-bad-obs and find-bad-stations commands additionally require astropy (for the LST and sigma-clipping helpers).
